Naomi commands a robust understanding of technology integration in pharmacy practice, particularly with Epic Systems' Willow Ambulatory. She has invested numerous years in creating training materials from the ground up, focusing on daily activities and best practices for utilizing Willow Ambulatory. Her innovative strategies have not only optimized workflows but have also elevated patient outcomes by ensuring staff are thoroughly trained on the system.

Her remarkable contributions to the field have garnered significant recognition. Epic Systems invited Naomi to be a guest speaker at the User Group Meeting (UGM) 2024 conference in Verona, Wisconsin, where she presented on the implementation and optimization of Med Sync and Auto Refill within Willow Ambulatory, demonstrating its application in outpatient and retail pharmacy settings.
